What is 'Cluster Facilities'?

These refer to facilities designated pursuant to Article 15-3, such as accommodation facilities, sales facilities, and performance halls, that contribute to the integration and operation of international conference facilities within the international conference complex and correspond to the types and scales prescribed by Presidential Decree.
